Ingredients

3: cups shredded romaine lettuce

1 1/2: cups (from 16-oz bag) coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)

1: cup fresh sugar snap peas, trimmed

1/2: cup shredded carrots

1/4: cup very thinly sliced red onion

1/4: cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

1/4: cup Chinese chicken salad dressing

1: tablespoon honey

2: tablespoons slivered almonds

Directions

1 In large bowl, mix lettuce, coleslaw mix, peas, carrots and onion. In small bowl, mix mayonnaise, salad dressing and honey with wire whisk until smooth.
2 Add dressing mixture to salad; toss to mix. Sprinkle with almonds.

Instead of the Chinese dressing, mix 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons citrus vinaigrette dressing, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 tablespoon honey.
