Arugula-Pear Salad

Ingredients

Dressing

Salad

cups arugula leaves

medium unpeeled pears, sliced

cup crumbled blue cheese (2 oz)

cup chopped walnuts or pecans, toasted
  • 1 In food processor, place all dressing ingredients. Cover; process until smooth.
  • 2 On platter or 8 salad plates, arrange arugula and pears. Sprinkle with cheese and nuts. Drizzle with dressing. Serve immediately.
