Ingredients

Dressing

1/3: cup fig preserves

1/4: cup olive oil

3: tablespoons white balsamic vinegar

1/4: teaspoon salt

1/8: teaspoon pepper

Salad

6: cups arugula leaves

2: medium unpeeled pears, sliced

1/2: cup crumbled blue cheese (2 oz)

1/2: cup chopped walnuts or pecans, toasted
