cup Raw Sugar

teaspoon Cinnamon

teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4
teaspoon baking powder
1/4
teaspoon Salt
1/4
teaspoon Nutmeg

cup Finely Shredded Peeled Apple
1/4
cup Apple Sauce (no sugar added)

Eggs
1/4
teaspoon Lemon extract or lemon zest
1
cup Walnuts or Pecans (Optional)
  • 1 Preheat oven to 350
  • 2 Mix dry and wet ingredients together in separte bowls. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.
  • 3 Two baking options: use 3 mini loaf pans bake for 35 minutes use 1 large loaf pan bake for 55 or 60 minutes
