I loved these bars, but the only thing I would do next time is to make sure you use the double chocolate chunk cookie mix! Because the store I went to didn't have this pouch is stock at the time, I followed the expert tips and used a regular chocolate chip cookie mix and added oil and cocoa, as advised. This bottom-cookie-part of the bars came out dry, hard, and crumbly, not allowing the decadent, delicious top part of the bar to shine. If this double chocolate chunk mix still can't be found, a good brownie recipe for the base could be a nice substitute. One other thing is that the combination of the ?instant espresso powder and cream cheese? resulted in a subtle fruity taste. It isn't a bad flavor, just unexpected."
