This bottom-cookie-part of the bars came out dry, hard, and crumbly, not allowing the decadent, delicious top part of the bar to shine. If this double chocolate chunk mix still can't be found, a good brownie recipe for the base could be a nice substitute. One other thing is that the combination of the ?instant espresso powder and cream cheese? resulted in a subtle fruity taste. It isn't a bad flavor, just unexpected."
