"My first attempt at potato salad and I must say it was a complete success!!! My husband tells me that it's better than my Nana's potato salad!! We just keep that between us though because she wouldn't agree and it might cause some family tension if we start knockin Nana's potato salad!. :-)"

"Made this for the 4th of July and it was a hit! For the va-va-voom effect I layered it in a very tall glass vase and topped it with mint leaves. It was beautiful. Hard to get out but, beautiful. :-)"
