Parmesan Puffs with Marinara
"Turned out great! We doubled the recipe and added Italian seasoning and garlic salt. We reheated the left over puffs in the oven the next day and they were STILL yummy!"

Creamy Beef Fold-Over Pie
"We enjoyed this very much. I must be bad at using Bisquick though because I can't ever get it to work out quite like the picture though. Did not affect the taste though."

Creamy Ham and Fettuccine
"This was just OK. Easy to make and the sauce wasn't too heavy which is nice. Not sure of we will make it again."

Mou Shu Chicken Wraps
"Easy and excellent recipe! We couldn't find plums or plum jam so used pre-made plum sauce from a jar. Served with homemade veggie fried rice. YUMMY!"

Sweet and Spicy Shrimp
"My husband and company liked this a lot. I used twice the pepper flakes and added snow peas and cashews. Next time I will cook the veggies then remove from heat while I cook the shrimp and sauce then stir veggies back in. They got too soft while I cooked the shrimp. Served with brown rice and frozen egg rolls. For more "sweet" I would also consider adding canned pineapple."

Mou Shu Chicken Wraps

Honey-Mustard Turkey with Snap Peas
"This was pretty good. Very healthy. Had to get creative with the marinade as I could not find prepared marinade in the store. Used fresh peas instead of frozen. Next time will try with chicken breasts (we like the flavor of chicken better than turkey). Overall good and will make again. Served with brown rice."

Lemon Basil Chicken and Vegetables
"Very good. I had to be creative to make the sauce though. Used a powdered Lemon sauce (that I found in the prepackaged seasonings section) and added basil to that. Worked well. Reheated well also."

Greek Salad
"Yum! Definitly use kalamata olives. Dressing is tasty but would also be good with cucumber sauce from the Greek Pita recipe or any salad dressing you prefer really. Very healthy and pretty!"

Fajita Lasagna
"My family really enjoyed this dish. My teenage son had thirds! I changed the recipe by using diced fresh peppers and onions. I cooked the onions with the hamburger as it browned. The only problem I had was getting the no-boil noodles to soften completely. I think the trick is to ensure the noodles are well covered in sauce. Served with sour cream, homemade guacamole, black olives, salsa and tortilla chips on the side."

Asian Chicken Salad
"This was pretty good. We used Spring Mix prepackaged lettuce and cooked the chicken with the onions and added fresh garlic to the chicken as it was cooked. Added extra veggies to the salad (red bell pepper and celery). Had to use chow main noodles (couldn't find cellophane noodles). Thought the dressing could be a little sweeter so next time will add a little more sugar maybe. Also added slivered almonds. Mmmmm. Will make again. Served with frozen egg rolls and sweet and sour sauce."

Gyros
"Very good. We used ground beef as lamb is hard to come by in our grocery stores. Next time I will probably season the meat a little more. We also just browned the meat instead of making patties. I liked a previous reviewers suggestion to use flat bread instead of pita bread - worked well. Our son said this was a "keeper" : )"

Chicken Enchilada Lasagna Bundles
"This was pretty tasty. My teenage son had thirds! It took longer to prep than I had planned (and it takes 40 min to bake!!!). The only change I made to this recipe was to serve sliced black olives as garnish. Next time I will get extra sour cream to serve on the side as well. Served with Spanish rice on the side."
