"My whole family enjoyed it. I have a large family (4 kids & hubby), so I doubled the ground beef, corn, & salsa and added an extra can of soup. They ate the whole pan so, success!"

"My family really loved this! The kids even came back for seconds. It was very tasty. The only thing I think it could use is a nice kick. Next time, I'll add a little heat to it. Very quick and easy. Overall, a great meal!"

"Although I liked the concept of this recipe, it totally lacks flavor as-is. If you're going to prepare this, definitely add your own flare to it because it's going to need it. I will make it again but I'm most certainly going to spice it up and add a few extras."

"I quadrupled this recipe except with the soup, I only doubled that. It was pretty tasty, the kids really enjoyed it. The hubby said it was runny. So next time I think I'll add more sour cream & a little worcestershire sauce. I'll have to play with it a bit but I'll definitely make it again. =)"

"This was great! My whole family enjoyed it. I used andouille sausage and rounded out the shrimp to a full pound. This is a definite repeat, it has been officially added to my crock pot menu. Loved it, thanks for sharing it!"
