Grilled Greek Chicken with Red Wine and Garlic
"I really enjoyed this chicken! The blend of flavors was perfect, and the meat was so tender, it came right off the bone. Next time I'll add a pinch of salt to the marinade, though. I think that's the one thing missing from this recipe."

Frozen Strawberry Margaritas
"This was a fabulous, easy recipe. I loved the taste of the real strawberries, as opposed to artificial flavors you can get with some of the premade margarita mixes. It was very fresh and light, and not very strong. I did miss the flavor of triple sec (orange liqueur), which is traditionally an important part of a margarita. Next time I might increase the tequila to a cup, and add 1/4 to 1/2 cup triple sec."

Grilled Cheesy Ham-Stuffed Chicken
"This recipe was absolutely delicious. I took the amount of cheese I thought I'd need and put it on the plate next to the chicken so I wouldn't be dipping my chicken-germ-covered knife back in the container. I wasted a small amount of cheese this way, but it's so much better than getting sick! I had some doubts as to whether the chicken would stay together on the grill, but I was pleasantly surprised. The chicken came out perfectly done, the prosciutto was lovely and crispy, and the cheese oozed out when we cut into the chicken. Great recipe!"

Rolled Italian Meat Loaf
"I made this twice, two days in a row, at the request of my husband. That should tell you how wonderful this tastes! But I also wanted to try it the second time because it kind of collapsed on me the first time. Rolling up the meatloaf with the cheese and spinach is easier said than done. The first time I made this, the meat mixture completely ripped apart as I was rolling it up; the second time, I added a bit more breadcrumbs. It still ripped, but I was ready for it, and quickly sealed the holes before it could get too out of control. Both times, though, the flavor and texture of this meatloaf were off-the-charts amazing. Just be prepared to do some damage control as you're rolling the meat up."

Fried Chicken
"Edit to previous review... my earlier problem was that the oil was not hot enough, and the temp went way down because I crowded the pan. I retried it, taking care to keep the oil temp up, and it was PERFECT. Follow this recipe to the letter and you cannot go wrong!"

Fried Chicken
"This was ridiculously good. The spice combination hits the mark exactly, and brining the chicken beforehand in buttermilk is an absolute must. It got a little soggy, but I think that's my fault, not the recipe's. I'm going to make this every week until I master it!"

Manicotti al Forno
"This was delicious, but the manicotti fell apart while boiling. I think next time I'll only boil them for 5 minutes instead of the 7 recommended in the package instructions. I may just do shells next time, to avoid the whole mess."
