"Made this the other night. Awesome! I loved the raspberry dressing. Never had it before, it is now my favorite! I put this salad in a tortilla and poured more dressing, and ate it as a wrap. It was awesome."

"Made this tonight. Very simple to make. It made eating green peas better. I used bacon from a bag (salad topping), it was good. I did think it was too dry. So next time I plan to add something to it, for the dryness. I liked this dish, I will make it again."

"We made this last night and we added tomatoes paste, because we thought it would be too dry. It turned out great! This was my first time eating eggplant. I will try it next time without the tomatoe paste."
