"Delicious !! We are not bell pepper likers, so we left this out. I let the soup, rice, cream cheese simmer in the pot for 30 min. and then finished up the recipe. I think it gave time for all the flavors to blossom !! This is one good recipe !! "

"To serve 12 people 1/2 lb. bacon is just not enough. Add 3/4 to l-lb. Also, add some fresh herbs, like basil or oregano. I increased the pepper to 1/2 tsp. and used the green onions as another writer also suggested. Use evaporated milk instead of regular milk. "

"I do a similiar breakfast casserole. I won 3rd place at the Maui Onion Festival a few years ago. Layer. Starting with the bottom, cut up Hawaiian Sweet Bread into cubes,cooked hash browns,Maui linquisa or sausage and ham cooked, mushrooms (optional), eggs and cheese. Bake 350 degrees for about 30 minutes just to set eggs. "

"I left off the cilantro but followed the recipe otherwise completely. I filled up the cups at the very last moment so that the skins would not get soft. They were a hit. I think some mango or pineapple would be good also perhaps."

"Sounds wonderful. I had a similar sandwich in a small restaurant in Seattle that put bacon instead of the ham. Either one would be delicious though !! Yummy !"

"I could not find the raspberry cream cheese so I used the strawberry. I used strawberries and apples for my fruit. Everyone loved it and it was very easy to make. "

"Today was the second time I have made this. The first time was with the crackers and this time with Panko. I liked the Panko better. I also started the chops at medium high and then turned them down to medium so I would not burn them. You cannot use the big fat chops as they will burn. "
