"Great recipe. Simple enough, and everybody loved it!"

Potatoes and Chicken Fiesta
"A very easy dish. I used real chicken and sauted it with chili powder and a little bit of salsa. It definitely added more kick. I also added in a little bit extra salsa and cheese, since my family loves both. "

Beef and Bean Taco Casserole
"Great dish. I loved it and so did my household. I used turkey instead of beef. I mixed all the chopped veggies in with the meat and bean before putting it into the dish. I was trying to hide the veggies so my non-veggie eater wouldn't know. And it worked! Absolutely great. It could also be good as a dip and just take the bottom layer of chips out. "

Streusel Coffee Cake
"Real easy recipe. I used a muffin pan instead of a larger pan. I may make this one again. The little sister said it reminded her of biscuits so I may find one that uses flour instead of Bisquick. "

Chicken Fajita Casserole
"It was pretty good. My family really enjoyed while I did not so much. I think it was the fajita mix I used. Next time I think I will try using a taco mix and not cook the chicken plain. I used fresh chicken instead of the frozen strips. I also used fresh bell pepper and onions. I cooked the tortillas lightly on a pan to make them a little stiff so they wouldn't turn soggy. My family loves cheese so I added cheese through out the layers with beans and chicken. I definitely will try this again."

French Cinnamon Muffins
"Instead of coating the muffins after they were cooked, I sprinkled the cinnamon sugar mix before putting them into the oven. I really enjoyed them. They really reminded me of coffee cake. "

Chocolate Delight Muffins
"Really great! I didn't have any buttermilk so I used a substitute but still great! I will most definitely make these again. "

Streusel-Topped Blueberry Muffins
"Absolutely great!! I did not use the streusel topping because a relative visiting can not have cinnamon. Still great! I also got one of the picky eating cousins to eat them! One of the only fruits they will eat is pomegranate, so I made a second batch of pomegranate muffins and they were amazing also! This is a keeper!!"

Chicken Fettuccine Casserole
"Great dish! When first looking at the recipe I thought it was going to be very difficult. I was wrong! Real easy dish. My family thought it could have used more seasoning, since I picked out the wrong tomatoes. I have a bacon lover so I added an extra few slices. A keeper!"

Praline-Pumpkin Cake
"I got someone who hates pumpkin pie to love this cake! A keeper!! Great for a desert right after the big turkey dinner. I used only one layer of cake, so it was thicker but still great! I am very impressed with this cake. "

Harvest Pumpkin-Spice Bars
"Sent this to my boyfriend's family for Thanksgiving, and it's a keeper! Instead of cream cheese, which I think is disgusting, I used just plain vanilla frosting. Still very yummy! This was a great desert. It was not a heavy desert, so it was great for after a heavy turkey dinner. "

Slow Cooker Chunky Chicken Chili
"O my! Super easy and super tasty! This is a must! I froze leftovers and heated them up, put them in a thermos, and took it to work! Finally a chili recipe I like!"

Slow Cooker Tomato Rotini Soup
"Not quite enough pasta to feed my boyfriend who likes to fill up. I also added chicken to the recipe and it turned out amazing. A real great soup, just not super filling so next time I will be adding more noodles and chicken. "

Slow Cooker Southwest Chicken Soup with Baked Tortilla Strips
"Great soup! The smells while cooking were amazing! I got my boyfriend who hates potatoes to eat the soup. I froze the leftovers and we unfroze them a while later and still was very tasty. "

Grilled Spicy Thai Chicken Wings
"Baking instead of grilling worked wonderfully also! Next time I will use less cilantro and more garlic, its a favorite in this household. Also, I usually marinade my meet for a day so I will try that for more flavor next time. Very delicious and was eaten right up!"

Easy Sweet-and-Sour Pork
"We could not find the frozen bag the recipe called for but we found something similar and it worked fine. I have some picky eaters but it was wonderful. The pork tasted a little like pure Bisquick and it did not bread very well. But overall we enjoyed it and will be making it again in the future."

Fresh Tomato Salsa
"This was great and easy for teens to make!! It went perfect with her homemade chips! We made two batches: one of the recipe and the second we added a super hot pepper for our family members who love spicy. We also used red onion alongside the green onion."
