"The pumpkin swirl lost its orange color and turned kind of grayish, but they tasted good! They smelled so good we couldn't wait until they cooled and ate them warm. I will be making these again. "

"Excellent on a hot summer day! I couldn't find blackened seasoning, so I used plain cooked chicken. It may not have been truly Caribbean, but it was really good."

"I used a Rival Crock Pot, and it wasn't dried out or burned at all like other have said. In fact, the juices from the chicken diluted the sauce to the point that there wasn't very much flavor. Next time I will use medium salsa instead of mild, maybe add more soy sauce and ginger, and leave out the cilatro garnish. The chicken was wonderfully tender, and it all got eaten."

"Really good! It was easy and fast to put together in the morning, and wonderful to come home to after work. I used cheddar cheese and served it with rice."
