"This sounds great. Haven't tried it yet and I don't have a panini grill. I will be trying it in a toaster oven... hopefully it will work well. So often we want a piece of cake but don't want the rest of the cake sitting around afterward tempting us!! Will try to remember to comment once I try it."

"Very tasty! I think next time I will leave out the cornstarch. I'm hoping the sauce will cover everything better. I did have a problem getting the sweet potatoes done... smaller cubes than shown in the picture might help."

"to Skinnyjuju, I am in agreement about the yellow color of Key limes but if you'll notice the recipe calls for green food coloring.... just to represent a lime flavor as opposed to a lemon flavor..."

"This recipe is a keeper! I was searching for something different about 15 minutes after I should have started cooking so I had to substitute a little. Not having prosciutto in the fridge I replaced it with turkey bacon. I also used chicken fillets instead of breasts. Turned out to be very good and easy to prepare. Would be nice to serve to guests."

"Very tasty and easy to prepare. Be sure to use a thermometer, my bird was done much quicker than the recipe called for. Now my husband says we won't need to buy the rotisserie chickens at the supermarket!"
