Apple Streusel Cheesecake Bars
"These are so delicious and so easy! The bottom layer was a bit crumbly, so adding the cream cheese was a little harder, they ended up mixing a little bit, they tasted just fine! They are best served cold. So tasty, I will be making them again this weekend for a Christmas party!"

Super-Easy Chicken Manicotti
"These were delicious. I added chopped onions and green peppers because I had them. I also added ricotta cheese to the inside of the manicotti. I used regular jar spag. sauce. I also seasoned the chicken with italian seasoning before I stuffed them. My boyfriend stuffed the chicken and ricotta, and it was a little more tedious than we were hoping. It was delicous though! I served it with italian garlic ciabatta bread."

Ranch Chicken
"I made this last night. I baked it in the oven at 400 for 25 minutes, and then broiled it to crisp it up for the last 5 minutes. I used garlic and herb bread crumbs with half regular bread crumbs. This was a very good dinner for a change, I think I will use all garlic and herb bread crumbs next time because I could have used a little more seasoning. Otherwise, it was delicious! This would also be good in a sandwhich!"

Penne with Tomato and Smoked Cheese
"I made this, but I kept finding things to add! I sauteed green peppers, onions, and then I added the tomatoes, and then I added artichokes and leftover cut up italian sausage. I put that all into a big pan on the stove, then I added a jar of white alfredo sauce and a jar of red spaghetti sauce, along with some seasonings, and red pepper for a little kick. Then I added the cooked noodles. I could only find mozz string cheese that was smoked, so I shredded that and added that and let it simmer. It was delicious, we packed it up and took it for lunches today:)"

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownies
"These were tasty! I love brownies and chocolate chip cookies, and these were the best of both, and very very easy. I brought these on our camping trip, and everyone loved them. "

Malt Shoppe Memories Ice Cream Cookie Cake
"THIS WAS DELICIOUS! I made it for my night to cook at the resort. I made a spicy dinner, on a really hot night so this was a perfect compliment! I couldnt find the exact cookie mix, but any will do. I got so many compliments on this. I may try a different candy next time too, like Twix, or Reece's Peanut Butter Cups, but it is just perfect the way it is. So tasty:)"

Slow Cooker Root Beer Barbecue Beef Sandwiches
"This recipe is delicious! After letting it cook all day, I shredded up the beef and let it simmer in the juice for another 20 mins. It was delicious. I served it on onion buns."

"Lime in the Coconut" Frosted Cheesecake Bars
"THESE WERE TO DIE FOR!!! They were not as hard as they seem to make, and they were delicious! I had a lot of suggestions from people who do not like coconut, to put strawberries or other types of fruit on them. I liked them the way they were, but may try the strawberries next time. "
