Bacon and Egg Savory Cupcakes
"These are fan-freaking-tastic, and super easy and quick to boot. I only have a cupcake pan, so I have to make mine smaller than the recipe. My process: use rolled out croissant dough instead of biscuits. It's already flat and won't puff up as much. Cut the bacon into smaller pieces before you cook it. Whisk the eggs in a bowl and portion into the cups. Mine usually take about 1/2 an egg each. Also, I pump up the oven to broil for the last minute to get the eggs cooked all the way. This takes 10-15 minutes, start to finish, once you've done it a time or two. These cupcakes are a new staple in my house! (And you can eat them on the go!)"

Basketball Cupcakes
"Recipe is easy... just follow the box. Icing is cute and easy as well... perfect right now (March) because March Madness is going on. These were a huge hit at work. Only thing was that I couldn't get the orange deep or bright enough with red and yellow food coloring... but even with the lighter orange you can still tell what it is. "

Red Velvet Rich and Creamy Cookies
"These cookies are pretty good, but nothing super special. If you mix the food coloring into the egg first, that keeps the color from getting on your hands. Since the dough is so sticky, I just greased my hands and jumped right in! I think the cookies tasted better the next day, after they'd been left out for a bit. Took them to work and people seemed to like them, but they weren't as big of a hit as I'd hoped."

Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars
"I made these for a potluck at work, and everyone loved them. Based on other reviews, I used two cookie mix pouches, but I thought that made the cookie too thick on both sides and overpowered the middle (I didn't double the filling). Anyway, I think they were better after sitting in the fridge overnight. Even though I wasn't crazy about them, every other person at work loved them, so I suppose they were good (haha). "

Saucy Chicken Thighs with Mushrooms and Pea Pods
"I just finished cooking this meal, and it was easy and delicious. I think that chicken breasts would work just as well as (if not better than) the thighs. I love mushrooms too, so this was great. Would recommend. "

Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies
"AMAZING. Uh-may-zing. I made these cookies and took them to work, and they were gone so fast I had to make more today. I've only made one kind of cookie for a year and a half now (peanut butter/banana/chocolate chip), but these just became my new favorite. Small tweaks: -a little less butter, to keep the cookies from spreading too much in the oven; -a little more food coloring; -mixed the food coloring into the egg first -- helps retain color, and the green doesn't get onto your hands from the dough; -a little less mint extract, because I thought the baking chips and the extract were two different mint flavors. The second day, I had less than a cup of the chocolate chunks, so I added more creme de menthe baking chips, and the cookies tasted just like an Andes candy. They melted in my mouth -- I am going to keep getting requests for these for months! I had to go to several stores to find the creme de menthe baking chips (Target had them). They are just crushed up Andes. "
