Chocolate Lover's Dream Cake
"This cake was really dense and flavorful. I love chocolate but this was even over the top for me. It looked beautiful when i put the chocolate sauce on top (i had plenty leftover) but once i started putting all the toppings on, it just looked like a mess. I couldn't even fit most of the stuff on there. But everyone loved it. My boyfriend said it was one of the best cakes ever."

Tiramisu Cake
"Made this cake for my boyfriend's birthday. It's pretty expensive to buy the marsapone cheese. I used kahlua instead of the cognac. Definitely a special occasion cake. But it came out amazing. My boyfriend said it tasted like something you would get in an expensive restaurant. Really great flavor."

Banana Tres Leches Dessert
"Made this cake for a work potluck. I was amazed by how moist and flavorful it was. For the person who asked about taking it out of the pan - no, there is no way to get it out of the pan. I used a 9" x 11" glass baking dish so it looks great. Just slice it up right out of the pan."

Healthified Creamy Chicken Enchiladas
"I was pleasantly surprised - everyone in my family ate them all. I cut up a roast chicken from the supermarket and low fat sour cream (because i always do). Didn't bother with the low fat cheese. It had a great flavor. Overall, I would definitely make again."

Jerk Chicken Casserole
"I was pleasantly surprised by this recipe. This actually had really good flavor and it seems really healthy too without too many ingredients. I cut the sweet potato into small pieces so it cooked fine in the oven with the chicken. My teenagers wanted nothing to do with it, but i'm sick of trying to cook for them anyway. That just gave me leftovers for lunch the next day."

Buckeye Delights
"These cookies (not really cookies - they are actually mini muffins) were just okay. I usually hit a home run with these recipes but not this one. Maybe I baked the cookie dough too long (they seemed mushy in the oven) because they hardened up and then it was awkward getting the peanut butter to stay on top. The picture makes it look like the peanut butter is somehow incorporated into the cookie but that didn't happen for me. Then my frosting never hardened (even after i put it into the freezer). So they were very drippy and messy. Not a big hit at my tree trimming party."

Slow Cooker Chicken Verde Tortilla Soup
"This soup has great flavor and was really easy to make. I forgot to buy salsa verde so I just put in some regular salsa. I also forgot to add the tomatoes at the end. But it still tastes great. I just sprinkle a little shredded cheese on the top after I heat up. Great as leftovers."

Impossibly Easy Mini Thai Chicken Pies
"wow, i wasn't expecting this to work as well as it did. Very tasty and easy. I had lots of chicken mixture left over so I guess I will make lettuce wraps with that."

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff
"Made this for dinner last night. It was easy to put everything in the crockpot and go to work. I meant to make brown rice with it (trying to cut out the wheat in my diet) but poured barley into the rice cooker by mistake and went with it. The meal was very easy and filling. Not exceptional, but a great standard recipe."

Butter Pecan Chews
"These cookies were amazing. I can't believe anyone had trouble with this recipe. I made it for a party - didn't cook them quite long enough so they were a little gooey. But everyone loved them. So i made them again for Christmas and even my daughter who doesn't like nuts, said they were good. They do taste like pecan pie."
