"As I'm always in search of a low cal, low fat "comfort food" type recipe, this one really intrigued me. Hubby's a picky eater, although he does love pork chops. This really foot the bill for both of us! My birdies have all left the nest so not liking to eat the same thing night after night, I halved the recipe. Boy was I dissapointed with that choice. I would have loved to have more of it again today. Hubby loved it and suggested I try it with chicken and chicken broth/gravy. Either way, sounds good to me!!"

"Does anyone have any thoughts as to whether you could make this with white fish... perhaps walleye? and if there was a way to use regular rice (although I love rice, I'm not a big fan of instant rice) Thanks."

"Perhaps Grandma's banana bread, although awesome in it's own right, might be even better with a little "texture". I subbed a cup of oatmeal for flour and added oatmeal cookie spices. Yum!"

"how can you call this a "recipe"? when all you have to do is open a couple cans and add some diced meat? The calories, fat grams, sodium??? Come on! take a minute or two and actually cook something healthy for your family. This is not a meal, it's a heart attack in a bowl!"
