"I have made this salsa for a few years now. We usually have a bumper crop of tomatos and I'm always looking for new ways to use them up. Sometimes, I'll change out this salsa when I'm in a pinch and don't have all the ingredients. I use regular sweet onion for the green onion, I'll use dried cilantro (not as good, but works) for fresh cilantro and sometimes I'll omit the green pepper (I use red, or roasted red for a different flavor). It always comes out great... this is a must try."

The recipe says that it makes 6 doz., I made 8 doz."

"These were wonderful! They were light and fluffy -- not what I expected from Bisquick. I couldn't keep them in the house! My neighbor tried them and asked for the recipe so did my mom! The recipe is basic enough that you could easily mix other types of fruit for the raspberries. To top them I melted a few of white chocolate chips and drizzled them on top. YUM! this is a keeper!
