"This is a wonderful dish! Want to lighten it up a bit, though? Substitute the milk with a mixture of 1% milk and fat free half and half, and 2% shredded cheese. A sprinkle of finely diced onions give the recipe some zing. Everybody loves it, it's easy to make, and when served with homemade biscuits, fresh chopped fruit (melons and strawberries go best with this dish), and freshly squeezed orange juice, it's the perfect beginning to any day."

"An excellent recipe! You can add other types of fruits or modify as you please, as long as you use enough liquid. This recipe, as it is written here, is delicious over vanilla ice cream! It's so versitile, and it can be used so many ways."

"These wonderful little cookies were a snap to bake and create. My guests loved them, and gave me kudos for taking such pains to provide such a treat. I had to confess and tell them how easy the cookies were to make, and to direct them to the recipe. Seems everybody wants to serve them. The great thing is the recipe can be easily modified to fit in with any holiday or occasion."

"This simple recipe yields a main dish that's flavorful, filling and full of protein. It's great packed up in a picnic hamper, taken along to a potluck, or served hot or cold at the dinner table. Just add potato salad, cole slaw, and fresh chopped fruit. In the winter, substitute hot mashed potatoes, bisuits, and a hot veggie. Great for Sunday, potluck, picnic, or a hassle-free meal."

"A five-spoon rating in my book, and my fussy family loves this dessert. I cut an angel food cake into quarters, put the bottom part of the cake into a round pan, spooned the mixture on top and at serving, added a bit of fat-free whipped cream with some sliced strawberries. It's faily low cal and totally delicious so you can serve it often during the warm days of summer. It would be a great dish to take to a picnic or a potluck (if you can find a way to keep it cold!)."

"I served this frittata for a Sunday luncheon and it was a huge hit. I placed individual servings on pretty plates, garnished the slices with fresh grapes and oranges sections, and offered a choice of hot biscuits and slices of banana bread with real butter. Because it is winter and quite cold, hot chocolate, tea and coffee accompanied the meal, but it would be great served with iced tea in the summer. I received so many compliments on the dish, so I fixed it for my family's dinner tonight. They raved, too. Just a few ingredients, five or ten minutes of prep and 30 minutes or so to bake, this dish makes it look as though you worked on it all day and it tastes wonderful!"

"This is a quick, easy salad. My family won't eat those pea-pod thingies so I skip those and add thawed frozen peas. Serve a good sized scoop on a bed of lettuce, add thick sliced sourdough bread with margarine, and sliced fresg pears, and you are good to go! Quick, tasty, healty, and filling."

"We love the homemade taste of this recipe. I am in my sixties, and more than 50 years ago, I was taught to cook from scratch by my mother and grandmothers, but I will give in to using a crock pot now and then. I followed the recipe (I even bought a couple of the jarred gravy), added some extra seasonings, and this dish tasted just like it came out of an old-fashioned oven. The mixture also freezes well for future use. I read some of the reviews that stated the dish tasted bland. It's easy to jazz it up by adding extra seasonings, meat, or veggies, or anything the family enjoys. This dish is a staple for cold winter days in our household. I give it five spoons!"

"We eat this delectable dish every Sunday (and many times for dinner on weeknights). I use low-fat milk and cheese, Eggbeaters instead of egggs, and Reduced Fat Bisquick to cut down on calories. Sometimes I add chopped broccoli and carrots. Serve the dish with chopped fresh fruit and a side dish of yogurt and you are good to go! If you are serving it as an entree for a weeknight supper, just add a lettuce and tomato salad for a complete meal. It's simply yummy!"

"My family thoroughly enjoyed this tummy-warming dish. It's a great dish for winter. I omitted the tomatoes and mixed in more chicken. It's really tasty served over real mashed potatoes. I made Bisquick Biscuits, split them, smothered them with low-fat margarine then piled the potatoes and chicken mixture on the top. Serve with chilled pudding and cubed fresh fruit...marvelous, nutritious, and filling."
