Italian Sausage and Orzo Skillet
"Nice dish, but a little bland. Could use more feta, and I think my kids would have preferred that I use tomato sauce rather than diced tomatoes."

Chicken-Tortellini Soup
"Very good soup. I added 2 tsp of Wyler's chicken bouillon granules, and added more tortellini than the recipe called for, but we sure liked it."

20-Minute Thai Peanut Chicken
"Amazing chicken! One of the best I've tasted! The only improvement would be to increase the amount of bread crumbs and peanuts, because the recipe barley covers four pieces of chicken."

Make-Ahead Pizza Casserole
"Good dish, but could be a lot better with a few tweaks. After reading LauraW32's review, I added some of Tone's Pizza Spice to the sauce, and sprinkled it on top just before serving. I also put a lot more cheese on top than the recipe calls for. This might be a lot better with some chopped onion and diced pepperoni."

Slow Cooker Chipotle Pork Roast
"Very good dish, and made the house smell amazing! I agree with CookinKaty that there wasn't enough spice after tossing the potatoes, so I made another batch of the spice for the roast. Depending on the size of your potatoes, you might not need as many as the recipe calls for. I couldn't fit them all in the crock pot, so I just took enough potatoes out to fit it the roast."

Sweet Potato-Topped Shepherd’s Pie
"This dish tastes pretty good, and is a good idea, but it's a lot of work for what it is. Prep time is a bit underestimated. The formatting of the instructions makes the quantities a bit unclear. It says '4' and then after a large space, 1/2 teaspoons. Does that mean four-and-a-half teaspoons, or four half-teaspoons? Not crazy about the thyme. I think I would use basil next time. The potato mix alone is great, and would be a tasty alternative to regular mashed potatoes."

Chicken Vegetable Stroganoff
"Very yummy dish. Was a bit bland at first, so I added a half teaspoon of salt, and that made all the difference. This would be even better if you piled some mozzarella on top just before serving. "

Easy Chow Mein Casserole
"My family loved this dish. Instead of canned stir-fry veggies, I used a bag of frozen veggies, but I thawed them before adding them to the casserole."
