"Nice dish, but a little bland. Could use more feta, and I think my kids would have preferred that I use tomato sauce rather than diced tomatoes."

"Amazing chicken! One of the best I've tasted! The only improvement would be to increase the amount of bread crumbs and peanuts, because the recipe barley covers four pieces of chicken."

"Good dish, but could be a lot better with a few tweaks. After reading LauraW32's review, I added some of Tone's Pizza Spice to the sauce, and sprinkled it on top just before serving. I also put a lot more cheese on top than the recipe calls for. This might be a lot better with some chopped onion and diced pepperoni."

"Very good dish, and made the house smell amazing! I agree with CookinKaty that there wasn't enough spice after tossing the potatoes, so I made another batch of the spice for the roast. Depending on the size of your potatoes, you might not need as many as the recipe calls for. I couldn't fit them all in the crock pot, so I just took enough potatoes out to fit it the roast."

"This dish tastes pretty good, and is a good idea, but it's a lot of work for what it is. Prep time is a bit underestimated. The formatting of the instructions makes the quantities a bit unclear. It says '4' and then after a large space, 1/2 teaspoons. Does that mean four-and-a-half teaspoons, or four half-teaspoons? Not crazy about the thyme. I think I would use basil next time. The potato mix alone is great, and would be a tasty alternative to regular mashed potatoes."
