"Will definitely make again. LOVED the orange marmalade with the strawberries! I was worried that there would be too much filling for that tart crust, but it set up nicely and didn't have any problems with overflow. It's a keeper!"

"These were a PERFECT treat while babysitting for my nieces (1.5 year old and 4 year old). I didn't make any changes, and adults and children all loved them. Another time, I'll try with pistachio and chocolate...and another time, I'll try butterscotch and chocolate. :D Love that they're made with soymilk. What a treat for lactose intolerent like me! :D"

"I really enjoyed these. Maybe I didn't use enough bacon...but you can't really taste it. Mixing them up, the smell of the bacon and peanuts was really yummy! I'll probably make them again, with or without the bacon...just cause they're so easy, and I love the addition of the maple syrup. :D"

"If you love lemon or other citrus bars, you'll love these! SO tasty and easy. I would recommend a pastry cutter to put the crust together, instead of just a spoon. I make these without the icing, but then, that's just my personal preference. Will make these again and again! Yum!"

"Loved this! Actually had precooked, rotisserie chicken already on hand...used that and made it stove-top instead. Total cooktime = about 45 minutes. Also added a can of diced green chiles, and used 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes instead of the hot sauce."

"2nd time I made these. Just as AMAZING as the first time. I will never make a different chocolate cookie. Perfect on their own or with a great cup of coffee. I do use the Mexican hot chocolate discs. Normally, I short cut the melting process in the microwave for chocolate or butter, but not for these! My favorite part of the process is melting the rich chocolate disc with the butter on the stove. The scent is heaven! Anyone entering would think they stepped into a chocolatier's shop. Definite keeper recipe."

"Very good! We used thuringer, just because we like the stronger flavor. Excellent recipe, and I'll be using this one the next time I go to a potluck."
