"I think my eggplant was a little larger than they called for, I used about 1/2 cup more sauce and cheese and cooked it a couple minutes longer but it turned out absolutely fantastic! Thanks BC!"

"These biscuits had a very good flavor, I added an extra 1/4 cup raisins. They are a very heavy biscuit, they would be even better if they were a little lighter."

"These were fantastic! The additions I made were I added 1/3 cup walnuts and 3/8 cup skim milk, they turned out perfect. They took about 25 min to bake to a beautiful light golden brown."

"These were excellent and incredibly easy! I only used half of the sugar and topped with granola cereal. They looked just as pretty as the picture and much better than a regular baked apple. After putting the granola on I scooped up the apple juice from the plate and drizzled it over them. I would recommend this to everyone for a quick and easy dessert or snack."

"I made this syrup to use with French toast and it turned out very good. I didn't have any cider so I used apple juice and I subbed 2 Tbsp of molasses for the sugar. I had to boil it a little longer for it to thicken up. It was very easy to make and much better than store bought. Thanks BC!"

"I didn't make the pancakes but I made the sauce and put it over plain waffles, it was excellent. I had to boil it about 2 minutes longer than the recipe said. I used fresh blueberries and they were quite large. It was a good healthy alternative to using maple syrup. It is a bit sweet so you don't need too much per serving."

"Very quick and easy, tasted good. It was a bit salty but not too bad. I also added about 1/2 cup skim milk to make the sauce a little creamier."

"This is a pretty good recipe but 1/3 of a cup is not enough raisins. Next time I plan to add at least 2/3 of a cup. Also I needed to add an extra Tbsp of buttermilk. Also I think it needed a little bit more sugar, 2 Tbsp just wasn''t quite enough. Maybe 2 1/2 - 3 Tbsp would make it better."
