"Absolutely delicious. Its soooo simple to make and doesnt require alot ingredients (the less, the better!) I did however substituted the walnuts for macadamia just because it was alittle bit cheaper. I will definately be making this again and again! Thanks, Betty!!!"

"It was easy to make and quite tasty. I guess I'm more use to that crunchy texture when it comes to tacos so next time I might sprinkle some slightly crushed tortilla chips when I add the cheese. ;)"
