"These were really really good. I only had garlic powder and used it in place of the garlic salt. It really needed more salt! My very picky son loved these dipped in mustard!"

"Took this to work and everyone loved it. I had the cherries from Christmas (red only) I didn't see what they really added except texture, but others loved it. I would definately make it again. I made it into muffins cooked for aobut 20 minutes. "

"I've made these twice and each time the "thumbprint" part didn't work. So Right when they came out of the oven I took a plastic water bottle top and pushed it gently into the middle of the cookie, made a nice "well" for the caramel. Worked great and these tasted great. Today's batch were a birthday request from a co-worker!"

"These were terrific. My son said they were too sweet but everyone at work at them up!! Yes they were very messy to make but ended up extremely moist. Mine didn't crumble at all. "

"Made these for my boss's birthday, he loves carrot cake and loved them!!! I used cream cheese frosting I had left over and they were great. I agree that you could use more shredded carrots, could only make them better!"

"Made for a Halloween pot-luck at work. Everyone loved it. It was very moist. In baking,some of the chips stuck to the bottom of the pan, so next time I'll coat them in flour before putting in. I didn't put chips in the frosting, but tinted the frosting orange and put orange and black sprinkles on top. This is a really great cake!!!"

"Definately heat the kisses for 2-3 seconds in a skillet they sit very easy on the base. I had a heck of a time with the bow, no way to get the loops....I will try something else next time for them...but they were were very easy and tasted great."

"These were a huge hit at a potluck at work. Perfect combination of chocolate and coffee! I like a chewy brownie, so I underbaked them just a pinch....wonderful!"
