Impossibly Easy Turkey-Ranch Pie
"Don't use frozen vegetables for this recipe. Substitute a can of mixed vegetables or peas & carrots. I make it that way and my family LOVES it. I think the frozen vegetables give the dish a "raw" taste. We never have any left overs when I make this."

Banana-Nut Waffles
"Nice, light banana flavor. I think that putting the milk and bananas in a blender is less of a suggestion and more of a necessity. I mashed mine with a fork and it wasn''t "mashed" enough. I usually cook my waffles on "high" temp and had to lower the temp because they were browning too quickly and the inside was raw."

Banana-Pecan Pancakes
"I love these pancakes. The only thing I recommend is to only use a smidge less than 1/4 C. of batter per pancake, otherwise the middle stays wet."

Sugar Cookies
"This is the recipe I always use for cut-outs. The cookies are always delicious and buttery. I think that using butter makes a better cookie than margarine. I also add just a tiny bit of fresh nutmeg."

Slow Cooker Spicy White Chicken Chili
"This is a really good change from the typical chicken soup and chili. It''s just as easy to make, too. I guess it depends on what brand of hot sauce you use, but I had to increase the amount to 1 1/2 teaspoons to get a "kick". I tried to make this without the cilantro one time and that was a big mistake."

Impossibly Easy Chicken Pot Pie
"I made this with an extra can of gravy, as some earlier reviews suggested and thought that it was way too liquidy. The only thing I can suggest is adding a good bit of pepper and some salt. I also use 2 cans of mixed vegetables instead of the frozen. This is really easy and really good."

Slow Cooker Potato and Double-Corn Chowder
"I took note of a previous post about how thick this soup got and thought I could thin it out a bit by using a can of chicken broth. Thank goodness I added that, otherwise I would''ve ended up with a burnt mess, instead of the thick mush I got. Maybe this recipe would turn out better on the stove or if you use the high heat setting for 3-4 hours and really watch it. I was very disappointed."

Easy Mashed Potato Casserole
"I have made these a bunch of times and love them. During the holidays or if I''m having guests, and I''m short on oven space and time, I''ll put these in the crock pot on high for about an hour and a half. That leaves the oven free and gives extra time to concentrate on the dinner."

Slow Cooker Caramelized-Onion Pot Roast
"I left out the beer when I made this once and I really missed the added flavor it brought. It''s really worth it to purchase/set aside a bottle to make this. The left overs get added to a version of slow cooker French Onion Soup I make too, so nothing goes to waste."

Slow Cooker Lime Garlic Chicken with Rice
"I switched up the ingredients a bit and it seemed to make a big difference, so if you make this, you can definitely add "extras" that your family likes because it seems like this recipe is specifically designed for just that. I added the lime zest too, a bit more garlic, a pinch of cumin and cayenne pepper. I''ve also added black beans and/or corn and both are really good in this. I use boneless skinless thighs since the meat just falls off the bones anyway and stir in cilantro at the end instead of the parsley."

Slow Cooker Hot Fudge Sundae Cake
"Don''t hesitate to try this recipe- it''s really easy and the result is delicious. I serve this when we have guests and use different flavors of ice cream. Vanilla is a classic combo, chocolate for my chocoholic girlfriends, mint, cherry or coffee (my personal favorite) are really good too."

Corn and Crab Quesadillas
"Nice change from what the "typical" mexican meal is like. The first time I made it, I thought it called for too much cilantro so I added less. The amount called for is appropriate though, and I made sure to add the correct amount the second time and it made all the difference."

Oven Caramel Corn
"I make this frequently for weekend treats and, by Sunday evening, it''s always gone. I do use a bit more salt than what''s called for in the recipe. I''ve added peanuts and pecans and both are good additions. I also air pop the popcorn to save a bit in the way of calories."
