"Made this with pecans instead of walnuts and only put the pecans on top. Absolutely delicious. Very moist and buttery. Will make again. The browned butter frosting gave a nice nutty flavor. "

"Husband forgot to add the tomato and tomato sauce and he and the kids still loved it. A good alternative for a meatless dish and a sneaky way to introduce some new foods in the kid's diet. My kids locked the garbanzo beans. "

"Kids loved it and husband loved it. One child doesn't like rice so this is a great alternative. The carrot and edemame gave it good texture. My 7 year old prefers it with ketchup, but I wouldn't recommend it! "
