Apple-Pear Salad
"My family enjoyed this very much. I thing next time I will use a little less cheese. I'll try 3 ounces instead of 4. It was even good the next day although the coating had disolved into the dressing. A keeper! "

Club Pasta Salad
"My family enjoys this recipe. It's simple and quick. If I don't have leftover chicken I oven poach some earlier in the day so it has time to cool. We usually eat this without the lettuce."

Asian Noodle Salad
"I've made this recipe twice now. The first time I thought it was good and would try it again. The second time we decided the dressing was too tart from the vinegar. We used additional soysauce at the table, which helped mask the tartness. The second time I made it I cut the pork slices in half. The flavors of the noodles, vegetables and pork are good. I don't know what can be done with the tartness of the dressing so will not make this recipe again."

Pomegranate and Poppy Seed Salad
"We love this recipe and I make it often when pomegranates are in season. I use only about a quarter of an onion because we are not big onion fans and I have been substituting white wine vinegar for regular distilled because I think it is a little milder. Once you've gotten the seeds from the pomegranate it's a very quick recipe and we have it several meals in a row, just combining the prepared ingredients at serving time for the three of us."

Slow Cooker Barbecued Beans and Polish Sausage
"The beans were very good in this recipe. However,I used a lower fat turkey Polish sausage and it just tasted over-cooked. I will probably try this recipe again because we enjoyed the beans and hopefully a traditional Polish sausage will bring better results."

Baked Vegetable Omelet
"This was wonderful. We thought the servings were very large. I served it for dinner with a Waldorf salad and whole grain rolls. We found it to be more like 8 servings. The leftovers reheated very nicely in the microwave though."
