"I made this cake in a 9x13 pan. I omitted the OJ, orange peel, and coconut. I increased the water to 1 cup, and used 3 eggs. I added 3/4 cup of grated carrots as suggested. It was very moist. It did not taste like a box cake. I made my own cream cheese frosting: 4 oz. light cream cheese, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1 tsp. vanilla, and 1 cup confectioner's sugar. It was not overly sweet. It definitely is the ultimate carrot cake! "

"I love this recipe! It's so easy! I like that you mix everything in one bowl. I didn't change a thing. This is a dense cake! I baked mine in a 325 degree oven because I used a dark bunt pan. It was done in 58 minutes. This cake is delicious. I will definitely make it again!"

"I wanted to love this recipe...maybe I did something wrong. I followed the recipe exactly. The chicken was moist and the vegetables were tender but it had no flavor. The Italian dressing could not be tasted at all. I wonder if I didn't leave enough of a tent on the foil packet. Some of the dressing was oozing out of the ends of the packets. I will try this again but next time I will marinate the chicken in the dressing first. Did anyone else experience this? "

"I agree, this was very rich, but so good! I did not care for the nuts in it. Next time, I will leave them out."

"I love the combination of blueberry and orange. I made this exactly as written, however I used bottled orange peel instead of fresh grated orange peel. It tasted very good but it was dry. The second time I made it, I added some additional milk. The batter was much easier to stir and the baked bread was moist. "

"It was very good. The parmesan cheese really added flavor. I used cooked turkey instead of the chicken because that's what I had on hand. I would make this again."

"I don't know if they turned out like were supposed to or not. I followed the recipe with the exception of the pecans. I did not use anything to replace them. The dough wasn't real firm. The cookies turned out cake-like. Are they supposed to be like a brownie or a cookie? I guess the pecans would have added texture. They were easy enough. I'll have my husband taste them, he's my guinea pig."

"I disagree with some of the other posters who said this was bland. I used fresh Parmesan cheese and cut back on the amount called for in the recipe. It was delicious! I will definitely make this again! Also this is a great recipe for weight watchers - only 3 points per serving! "
