"To GymnasticsGirl562: The granulated sugar is just used to sprinkle on top of the cookies, that's why there is no measurement for it. Hope this helps! ;) Does anyone know, can you sub vanilla extract for almond extract in this recipe? "

"These were very good cookies. They are very quick and easy to make. Make sure you don't burn them...take them out before they look quite done. If you leave them in til they are completely golden brown, the bottoms will burn. (I like them a little extra gooey, too. =)) I did make a couple changes: I did not use nuts, and instead of dropping by rounded teaspoons, it is easier and makes more circular cookies if you roll the dough into a ball and then sqush it down a little. I will definitely make these again! "

"Melt-in-your-mouth...these may be the best muffins I have ever made! They did not sink in the middle, they looked lovely, and tasted even better. I used a little extra cinammon in the dough to give it more flavor. For those of you who thought the batter was too thick and added extra milk or water, this is probably why your muffins sank. Don't worry if your batter is thick; it is supposed to be that way. This will definitely become a favorite recipe for our family! Thank you betty crocker!"

"Very gooey, very rich...I burnt the crust a little. After reading the reviews I put 4T lemon juice in and no lemon peel. I probably could have used a little less lemon juice. They were pretty good, but not amazing. I don't know if it was the recipe or my own cooking that made them this way =) However, I will probably look for a different recipe next time I make lemon squares."

"Wow! These are melt in your mouth! (Of course, they are best when fresh out of the ove.) I wasn't expecting them to be this good, because I had no eggs, so I substituted 2 tblsp. cornstarch per egg plus a little water (probably about 1/4 cup) instead. They turned out delicious! I sprinkled cinnamon sugar on them after they were finished baking as well as rolling them in it beforehand. Next time I may add cinnamon to the dough, as they could use just a liiiiitle more taste....but overall, delicious! :)"

"These brownies are in the oven right now...so I'm not so sure how they will turn out, but I do know that the batter tastes good! :) I would definitely recommend double-ing the recipe; I ended up having to bake this in a square pan instead of a 9x13 inch. Other than that, so far, so good! :) "

"These were delicious! I tried to make them w/ nectarines, and they were NOT GOOD they were not smooth. But w/ peaches they're great. I personally like them with a little more yogurt and less orange juice."

"I LOVE this recipe! Most of the time when I make muffins they sink in the middle, but not these! They had a great texture, looked and tasted delicious! If you make them w/ out chocolate chips I suggest putting a little more sugar."
