"The fish was wonderfully juicy and flaky by baking it, but the tomatoes overpowered the dish and was all I could taste. I prefer tilapia in a fish taco."

"Very easy and delicious! If you make these be sure they are for a large group because it makes a ton. Since I made this for my husband and I, I ended up throwing out 3/4 of the pan after two weeks. Also very rich, so cut out small squares. I took everyone's advise and undercooked the crust by a minute or two and didn't pat it down. The crust turned out perfect...not hard to cut at all. Will make again."

"There was no need to try and make this a quesadilla dish-quite frankly it was weird. The warm cucumber was slimey and gross. I will make this again, though, by putting the ingredients into a pita and serving it cold with a dollup of the yogurt on top. THEN it will be a great dish!"

"This pizza was both delicious and beautiful to look at. I used a Trader Joe's pizza crust to save that step, but it was amazing all the same. I would definitely make this again due to how easy and delicious it was. "
