"This was sooo good!!! I cooked it for 6 hrs in crock pot & it turned out so wonderful. I forgot to buy bell peppers but it didn't take away in taste at all. I only had 2lbs of ground beef as well. Still a GREAT dish. Would be great with some shredded cheese was topped on it & green onions. My picky eater even ate it. Great for a busy mom like me. Will make again!"

"I loved the crust! It is good all on it's own. With fruit, it was a new taste for me. I used strawberries & grapes. I also used strawberry jam instead of the apple jam just by mistake. I would make this again for a party & such. It is something that needs to be eaten that day. Overnight the crust seems to get a bit soggy. Now I am trying to think of what else I can make with the crust. A chocolate pudding spread with whipped topping? The ideas are endless!!"
