"A fun way to bring an outdoor tradition indoors. These are best eaten warm, because they get gummy once the marshmallows firm up again. Also, be careful how close to put them to the broiler because they can ignite."

"I had never made a Tres Leches cake before but was introduced to it through a resturant. I fell in love with it! So, naturally I decided to try making one. One word of warning....follow the directions! I ended up using the ENTIRE can of coconut instead of a 1/2 cup...oops...other then that is was wonderful and different then traditional cake."

"Wonderful idea. I actually had students make these in some of my foods classes. I had them try chocolate cake as well and by far the lighter cake versions were most liked. Great for bake sales, birthday parties or just a fun kid activity!"

"Loved the cupcakes! I made them for my fiances unit to celebrate my birthday and they were gone by the time we left. I however, was not a fan of the frosting. I did it as it directd and all I tasted was powdered sugar....yuck. Next time I will either use a cream topping or a totally different frosting recipe."

"LOVE this recipe! I have done regular size loaves and mini loaves with this recipe and I always have great results! I added 1/2 cup macadamia nuts and 1/2 cup white chocolate chips(I prefer white to milk/semi-sweet with banana batters) to the batter. Then I sprinkled some on top before I baked it. SOOOO amazingly good."

"This is an amazing cake if you are wanting something different. It is great for lemon lovers like myself. I don''t use the whipped frosting but just a regular vanilla type and it''s wonderful."
