"My husband and I loved this! It's really easy to make, and you can add the toppings of your choice. Instead of garlic hummus I used tomato basil, also I added read and green bell peppers instead of using olives. This is something I will definitely be making again!"

"I just thought this was OK. I followed the recipe exactly, but it didn't do anything for me. My husband thought it was a little bland so I added some pepper which helped. Also, the parsley is over powering so just add a dash. "

"Really good! Definitely is time consuming, but worth it! Really filling, but not too full. My husband is not of fan of sour cream so I never told him that it was in the recipe and he loooved them! This would make a great family get together dish. I added a little bit of the green Tabasco sauce to give it a little kick!"

"I made this for my fiancée and I for a nice light summer dinner and we both loved it! The dressing makes the salad really light and refreshing. I also added pineapple to add a little more sweetness. I will definitely be making this again!"
