These were just awful. The cake was really cloying and there were these hard bits of chocolate that had the consistency of plastic. Yuck.

My kids were fans of the Double Chocolate Muffin Mix that has been discontinued. We tried the Cocoa Puffs muffin mix this morning, and it's definitely not as good. My 3 kids' ratings were 2, 3, and 4. Only one liked the Cocoa Puffs topping. My husband said it was weird. We miss the old mix. Plus, I used to put the Double Chocolate mix into a loaf pan and serve in slices to adults. This mix isn't of the same quality and the topping isn't appropriate and sticks to your teeth.

All the kids loved them. I added a handful of chocolate chips (dusted in flour so they wouldn't settle to the bottom) and it was GREAT! They do look as good as the box photo too! A+

Nice moist experience in the mouth. Hd around a 15 baking time in a nonstick pan. Lght and fluffy with a nice chocolate finish and the crunch is very desireable. hard to eat one bite or even to stop at one muffin.
