Southern food blogger Stacey Little admits that he was born with a spoon in his mouth, but it wasn't the silver one you'd expect. No, his spoon was a wooden one. Since the time he was old enough to hold that wooden spoon, he's found himself in the kitchen under the feet of his mother and grandmother. His admiration for family and his unapologetic obsession for Southern food have garnered him a massive following on his award-winning blog Southern Bite. The community he has built is based on the idea that home-cooked meals don't have to be expensive or difficult to prepare. He also believes that the relationships and connections we develop and nurture while around the dinner table are some of the strongest bonds that a family can share. His work has been featured on sites such as Answers.com, BettyCrocker.com, and SouthernPlate.com, just to name a few. His Southern Bite family is anticipated to get a little bigger when he releases his first cookbook (Thomas Nelson) in the Spring of 2014.
