We all scream for S’mores Ice Cream.
It’s not summer without s’mores! I absolutely love s’mores. There’s something about the crunch of the graham cracker, the toasted marshmallow and the oooey gooey chocolate that make me melt. What I don’t like the sticky fingers.
Don’t want those sticky fingers? Don’t want to light up the fire pit? How do you get that flavor without firing up the campfire? By taking it out of the campfire and into the ice cream maker.
S’mores Ice Cream will have everyone cheering while you’re churning. It’s deep chocolate flavor that’s studded with marshmallow fluff and nuggets of graham cracker goodness. Serve it with graham crackers (or graham cracker sticks) for dipping.
The hardest part will be waiting on it to freeze. It’s creamy, decadent and definitely a s’more recipe to add to the s’more repertoire.
