Food on a Roll

The food truck phenomenon is sweeping the nation. Chefs from New York to L.A. (and everywhere in between) are taking to the streets, trading in full-sized kitchens for close quarters on the open road. And Americans are eating it up!

Food is made fresh, fast and on the spot - which may or may not be the same from day to day. For some patrons, using Twitter to track down their favorite food truck is half the fun. The other half of course, is the food.

As for food truck fare, the only rule seems to be that there is no rule; anything goes. Taking our cues from international flavors and regional favorites, we’ve created 10 recipes that are sure to have your friends and family lined up around the block!
