Leading the charge on this behind-the-scenes look are two of our food experts: Kristen Olson and Ann Stuart. Here we get to know these resident foodies and kitchen ambassadors a little better.

Credentials: 10-year employee of the Betty Crocker Kitchens with a bachelor’s in consumer food science. (My mom was a home recipe tester for the Betty Crocker Kitchens in the ‘70s!)
Cooking status symbol: My Kitchen Aid Mixer; I have had it for 25 years and it is still my favorite piece of kitchen equipment.
Food I love right now: Hummus, avocados and squash soup.
Must-have spice: Smoked paprika.
What I won’t eat: Organ meats like liver and sweetbreads.

Current DIY project: Kefir and kombucha.
