Starfruit
When sliced crosswise, this fruit looks like a star, thus its name. The skin and flesh are yellow, and the taste is sweet with a lemon tartness. Also called carambola.
How to Store
Store at room temperature until a few brown spots appear on the ridges, than refrigerate.
