  Oil, All-Purpose Olive

Previously called "pure olive oil." The oil is extracted from leftover olive pulp after the pressing of extra-virgin olive oil. This oil is mild in flavor and golden in color. It is a good choice for cooking and skillet-frying because it doesn't smoke easily or change flavor due to heat.
