Noodles, Ramen
These are instant, deep-fried noodles sold in cellophane packages with a broth mixture and sometimes little bits of vegetables. The noodles can be cooked or used as a crunchy addition to salads. Some brands bake rather than deep-fry the noodles so they are lower in fat.
