  Flour, Gold Medal® Better For Bread™ Wheat Blend

A bread flour that's a blend of 100 percent hard-wheat flour and wheat bran. The hard-wheat flour provides the gluten structure and the wheat bran provides the texture, taste and appearance characteristic of wheat bread. This flour can be substituted cup for cup in recipes calling for all-purpose, whole wheat or bread flour.
