Flour, Gold Medal® All-Purpose Organic
An unbleached all-purpose flour that has been certified organic by the OCIA, the Organic Crop Improvement Association. Because organic flour is not bleached, it is not as white as a bleached all-purpose flour, so baked products such as white bread will have a creamier color.
