Measuring Spoons These spoons are sold as a set that includes 1/4-, 1/2- and 1-teaspoon sizes plus a 1-tablespoon size. Some sets may have a 1/8-teaspoon size or additional sizes such as 3/4-teaspoon. They are designed for measuring when cooking or baking and should be used instead of spoons intended for eating. Measuring spoons can be used for both liquid and dry ingredients.

Tips When making a recipe, measure the dry ingredients before the 'wet' to avoid having to wash the measuring spoons between uses. If your measuring spoons are held together by a ring, you might want to take them apart and store singly. That way, only the used spoon(s) need to be washed.
