French Press or Plunger Coffeemaker
Nonelectric coffeemaker consisting of a glass pot fitted with a plunger covered in a fine wire mesh. Coffee grounds and hot water are added to the pot and allowed to brew, then the plunger is pushed down, trapping the grounds, and the clear brewed coffee rises through the mesh.
