  Fondue Pot

A heatproof container that sits on a burner stand which holds a heat source (such as canned cooking fuel). Available in a variety of materials, sizes and styles. Food cooked in this pot is called a fondue

How to Buy

Choose a metal pot if you expect to cook meat in hot oil, one with a broad bottom and narrow top keeps hot oil from splattering. Glass and ceramic pots work well for melted mixtures such as chocolate or cheese.
