1. How to Enter: Online sweepstakes only. To enter, go to: www.SummerGrillingMadeSimple.com and complete the online sweepstakes entry form (the “Sweepstakes”). Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 P.M. (central time) on May 18, 2009 and ends at 11:59 A.M. (central time) on June 30, 2009. Sweepstakes entry limited to one entry per person per email address per day. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of such automated devices or programs will cause disqualification. Sponsor and its advertising and promotion agencies are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected or stolen entries or transmissions, or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Sweepstakes entries are the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sweepstakes ends at 11:59 A.M. (central time) on June 30, 2009.

2. Eligibility: Only open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of General Mills, the Coca-Cola Company, The Clorox Company, the judging organization and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. This promotion is intended for viewing in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. You are not authorized to participate in the Sweepstakes if you are not located within and a legal resident of the United States.

3. Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize Trip Package: one (1) winner will receive one (1) Grand Prize Trip Package consisting of a trip for winner and one (1) guest to New York (the “Trip”), two (2) tickets to Keith Urban’s concert show on October 8, 2009 in New York City and admission for two (2) to the concert VIP Backstage BBQ Experience with Keith Urban.

Retail value of Grand Prize Trip Package is approximately $2,600. Actual value of Trip may vary depending on winner’s residence and seasonal rates.

The Trip includes: roundtrip, economy/coach class airfare for two (2) people (winner and guest) from an airport near the winner’s residence (winner and guest must travel together on same itinerary and are responsible for providing all required travel documents, including, but not limited to required Visa, Passport etc); accommodations for three (3) days / two (2) nights (one (1) double occupancy room) in New York at hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, roundtrip airport transfer, and allowance for transportation from hotel to concert venue, if applicable. Winner and guest are responsible for incidentals, including, without limitation: meals, telephone calls, facsimile charges, Internet charges, spa/beauty salon services, laundry, tours/excursions, gift shop purchases, hotel processing fees, airline service charges, gratuities, and any other expenses not mentioned in these Official Rules. Hotel and airfare cannot be used separately. All travel must be completed by October 10, 2009, or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and certain additional restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Any extra nights’ stay and any additional costs associated with an extended stay are the sole responsibility of the winner and his or her guest. All minors must be accompanied during travel by at least one parent or legal guardian 21 years of age or older. If Sponsor determines air travel is not required due to proximity of winner’s residence to travel destination, Sponsor in its sole discretion reserves the right to substitute alternative transportation for air travel. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. If any activity relating to the Grand Prize Trip Package is cancelled or postponed for any reason, the remaining items comprising the Grand Prize Trip Package will be awarded and will constitute full and complete satisfaction of the Grand Prize Trip Package award.

Forty Six (46) First Prizes: Each First Prize consists of one (1) new Keith Urban music CD, Defying Gravity plus one free product coupon for a box of each of the following: Suddenly Salad and Betty Crocker Brownies. Approximate retail value of each First Prize is $16.00.

Four Hundred and Fourteen (414) Second Prizes: Each Second Prize consists of one (1) new Keith Urban music CD, Defying Gravity. Approximate retail value of each Second Prize is $10.00.

Odds of winning a prize depends on number of eligible entries received. Total value of all prizes is estimated at seven thousand, four hundred and sixty dollars ($7,476). Prizes cannot be transferred or substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any taxes are the responsibility of the winner. If eligible winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence, prize will be awarded in the name of a parent or legal guardian. Limit one prize per person. All expenses not specified above, including, without limitation, all federal and local taxes, and international tariffs, are the sole responsibility of the individual winner(s).

4. Drawing and Awarding of Prizes: Winners will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries received online during the promotional period on or about July 6, 2009. Winners will be notified by e-mail and/or postal mail. Drawing will be conducted by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes.

5. Limitation of Liability: By entering this Sweepstakes, all entrants agree to these Official Rules. Winners agree that (except where prohibited) Sponsor may use winner’s name, picture, likeness and voice for advertising and promotional purposes including in any publicity, promotion, or advertising in any form of media, including websites without further compensation to you. Sponsor, The Clorox Company, the Coca-Cola Company, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, promotional and advertising agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability and shall be held harmless by winners and guests for any damage, loss or liability to person or property, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance or use or misuse of a prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend part or all of this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor may award prizes in a random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation or suspension. Sponsor and its promotion and advertising agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Sponsor, entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user’s system or limit a participant’s ability to participate in the promotion. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, or threaten any other entrants or Sponsor representatives. Sweepstakes void where prohibited and subject to federal, state and local laws.

CAUTION -- ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS.
