Tips for Marinading

Tips Marinade in any container that is nonreactive like a food-storage plastic bag.
Tips Fish fillets and veggies only need to marinate up to 30 minutes; chops and chicken pieces marinate for an hour.
Tips Marinade meats in the fridge to be safe.
Tips Turn food once or twice during the marinating time so the marinade can reach all surfaces.
Tips Large meats can marinate up to 24 hours.
