This desert is to be frozen but video doesn't say if it's frozen in the pans or if covered while frozen. Do I remove it from pans and cover it to freeze? I'd like to make this for my Grandchildren but don't want them to get sick if done incorrectly. Thank you for your time and attention given this matter! I will hold off making it until I hear back from you as to what to do regarding the freezing process. Catherine
